Welcome to Jolee, a service marketplace owned and operated by MARCBE PRIVATE LIMITED(“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Jolee mobile application, website, and related wallet and payment services.

By registering, accessing, or using Jolee, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Jolee.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Services Provided

Jolee acts as a platform connecting employers seeking services with workers providing services.

• MARCBE PRIVATE LIMITED provides the technology platform, wallet system, and payment gateway integration (via Razorpay).
• We do not directly employ workers or guarantee job outcomes, though we maintain platform verification and safety guidelines.

3. Wallet & Payment Terms

Users may add funds to their in-app wallet via Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking, or other supported payment methods.

• All wallet top-ups are processed securely through payment gateway partner Razorpay.
• Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts.
• Funds in the wallet may be used to pay for job postings, service fees, and worker payouts as defined within the app.

4. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior on Jolee.

• Do not post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal job listings.
• Do not attempt to bypass platform payment systems or misuse wallet top-ups.
• Do not harass, abuse, or impersonate other users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology associated with Jolee and Marcbe are the intellectual property of MARCBE PRIVATE LIMITED.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MARCBE PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform usage, payment gateway delays, or third-party service interruptions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
